Mark Your Calendar for the 49th Annual Salt Lake City Greek Festival – September 5-7, 2025
As part of our commitment to giving back, First Utah Bank proudly supports the Salt Lake City’s Greek Orthodox community for the 49th annual Greek Festival. This celebration of Greek culture showcases authentic food, music, and dance, as well as traditional arts and crafts.
This year, the celebration will be held September 5-7 at Holy Trinity Cathedral, at 279 South, 300 West in Salt Lake City.
The Greek Festival is a bona fide feast, with long buffets with Greek food like gyros, spanakopita, and keftethes, as well as Greek sweets like cookies (Amigthalota, Kourambiethes, and Melomakarona) and pastries (Baklava and Kataifi)
Experience the vibrant rhythms of Greek music with performances by Greek dance groups in colorful traditional costumes. Learn about the rich heritage of the Greek community in Utah through cultural displays and demonstrations.
“The Greek community is one we hold close to our hearts, and it’s an honor to sponsor this festival, which draws tens of thousands of visitors each year,” says Amy Foulks, EVP, Chief Operating Officer at First Utah Bank. “At First Utah Bank, we believe community and culture go hand‑in‑hand. So we’re committed to fostering meaningful connections and supporting events that bring people together.”
The festival will go from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday. A welcoming atmosphere for families—admission is just $5 (food is priced separately), with free entry for kids five and under, seniors, veterans, first responders, and service dogs.
