We love Midvale!

With its location in the central part of the Salt Lake Valley, there’s no surprise how this area got its name. The Jordan River bordering the western edge of Midvale made this an obvious landing spot for early settlers. Midvale is home to the Shops at Fort Union and the Bingham Junction economic center. Midvale is one of the few cities in the state with two direct TRAX lines and three TRAX stations.

In 2022, the city of Midvale commissioned national and local artists to create colorful murals to help transform buildings along Main Street into an arts attraction. Known as the Midvale Main Arts & Culture District, the area features more than 20 captivating vibrant murals, created to illustrate Midvale’s unique personality, warmth, and deep-rooted sense of community pride.

First Utah Bank is proud to be a part of the Midvale community. We’d love to learn more about you, your favorite local businesses, and what you love about Midvale. Stop by or send us a note.
