Successfully using your business debit cards
Do you have debits cards for your business checking account? While these cards are a convenient way to limit the amount of cash you or your employees need to carry, you do need to be mindful of ways the business debit cards should be managed. Here are some things to consider:
Who has access to the cards? Do you have a system in place to record each of the transactions, so you know what is being purchased by whom? Are you requiring each debit card holder to provide receipts? Some people are great at getting and sharing receipts. Others have a difficult time remembering to collect and submit them.
Using a First Utah Bank debit card comes with many advantages. Our debit cards all feature MoneyPass, which allows users to transfer funds and withdraw cash without paying a surcharge at First Utah Bank ATMs and over 50,000 MoneyPass ATMs in the country.
